Harvest Line

How it works

Eight steps. We own all of them.

From first call to a managed multi-year agreement. You’re only involved when a signature or a decision is needed.

  1. 01

    Find

We source farmers and agri-tech businesses through our network of land agents, farm accountants, and cluster-group coordinators.

    Step 1
  2. 02

    Qualify - fast

A 10-minute triage call. Five questions: hectares, RPA status, existing agreements, protected habitats, revenue vs capital need. No jargon, no commitment.

    Step 2
  3. 03

    Sign

One engagement letter and a £500 commitment fee. The letter authorises us to act on your behalf with DEFRA/RPA. The £500 is fully refunded the day your grant is awarded - so for everyone we win for, the engagement is effectively free up front. From there, our only fee is the 12.5% success fee, taken from the grant itself.

    Step 3
  4. 04

    Map

We pull field maps, soil data, crop and livestock details, existing agreements, and layer on Ordnance Survey mapping. The paperwork farmers hate. We own it.

    Step 4
  5. 05

    Pick

SFI, CSHT, Capital Grants, FETF, Landscape Recovery, or FIP strands. We maximise your payout within scheme caps and application windows.

    Step 5
  6. 06

    Apply

We draft the application, submit it, and handle every RPA clarification - map queries, land-use codes, measurement disputes. You don't touch it.

    Step 6
  7. 07

    Awarded

Grant lands. We refund your £500 commitment fee and invoice the 12.5% success fee from the grant itself. You keep the rest.

    Step 7
  8. 08

    Managed

SFI runs three years. CSHT longer. We handle annual reviews, scheme changes, inspection prep, payment reconciliation. Repeat business built in.

    Step 8

£500 to engage. Refunded the day your grant lands. If we don't win, we lose too. That's not small print - it's our whole model.
